These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Receply app and related services. By using Receply, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Receply. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and any activity under it. You may use Receply as a guest or create a registered account. Some features require an account. If your account (guest or registered) has no activity for 2 years, it may be automatically deleted.
Your content
You retain ownership of recipes and content you create or upload. By using the app, you grant Receply a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to provide the service.
Recipe imports and third-party content
If you import recipes from third-party sources, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use that content. We may store the source URL you provide. Third-party content remains subject to its own terms.
Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to access or disrupt our systems or other users.
Notifications
Receply may send notifications if you enable them. You can change notification permissions in your device settings.
Service availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We are not liable for any interruption or loss of access.
Disclaimers
Receply provides general recipe information for convenience. We do not guarantee accuracy, suitability, or results. Use your judgment when preparing food, and follow all safety guidelines.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Receply and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
