These Terms govern your use of the Subpli mobile application and related services. By accessing or using Subpli, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Subpli.
About Subpli
- Subpli helps you track subscriptions and payment reminders. It does not process payments, and you should not enter bank or card numbers.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use Subpli.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Accounts (guest or registered) and their data may be deleted after 2 years of inactivity.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Subpli for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app, servers, or networks.
- Do not misuse support channels or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
User Content
- You may add subscription details and related notes or icons. You retain your rights to this content.
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content solely to operate and improve the service.
- You must have the right to upload any content you provide and must not infringe others’ rights.
Third-Party Services
- Subpli may rely on third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and Firebase (including Analytics, Crashlytics, and Cloud Messaging). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Notifications
- If you enable notifications, you authorize us to send reminders and updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Service Changes and Availability
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Subpli (or any part of it) at any time. We strive for availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Disclaimers
Subpli is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subpli and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of Subpli.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or Subpli is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid (if any) for Subpli in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $10.
Termination
- You may stop using Subpli at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use Subpli ends.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence unless your local law requires otherwise. If you have a preferred governing law or venue, update this section to reflect it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date and notify you of material changes in-app or through another reasonable method. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
